Who knows what it takes to have a great career? Who knows what it takes to get properly wealthy and rich? Perhaps this guy does. Does that even matter? I think the career part might matter more than the wealth part. I am trying to figure out the next steps in forming a career for myself. Not a job. A Career.

I have thought about this next step and my “Career” for the better part of a year since stepping away from our company operations, and at the same time I have watched as the largest companies in the world have upended everything we know about computers, search, intelligence, knowledge, and more with their LLM and AI tools. I also have children to support.

I have landed on the following question. What are we going to do about education and AI?

My answer: We must do whatever we can. I am going to become a teacher and then an AI and education expert to help my four children and to help anyone else who needs it.

I need to understand how to navigate the planet my children are inheriting. I will be writing often about this journey and I will free myself from unemployment (eventually) as a result.

Here’s to being inspired (and somewhat driven by fear) to act.
